Pregnant Pauses is a course consisting of six movement lessons specificially designed to change the way women experience pregnancy.
Pregnant Pauses allievates pain and discomfort while increasing energy. It helps you to adjust to changes occurring through each stage of your pregnancy. You will be able to do everyday tasks such as roll over in bed or get up and down more easily. You will breath deeper and be able to relax and sleep better.
Pregnant Pauses was developped by Alan Questel, a internationally known Feldenkrais© Trainer.
