Dance as Poetry of Movement
Contemporary Dance is a dynamic, fluid, sweeping, powerful and soft form of dance. Rooted on the ground, you take off, lose your balance, and find it again; you discover time and space.
In recent years, the Feldenkrais Method has significantly and vitally influenced my approaches to teaching and dancing, which are also based on experiences in different techniques of Modern Dance, African Dance, New Dance, Contact Improvisation, Balancing Alignment and other methods of somatic education. I value authentic and organic movement more than spectacular effects.
